Beach House Rules:

First of all, welcome!!! There are very few house rules so please take care of our house like you would take care of yours.

Absolutely no smoking!
When leaving the house at any time unoccupied please lock the door.
Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits.
Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house.
Do not leave the windows open, this will eventually ruin the furniture.
Use coasters when using drinks on tables.
Do not eat except at the two dining tables.
When leaving the house set the thermostat for the summer at 78 and the winter at 68.
If you should break anything please inform us.
Some of the closets are locked and contain the owners items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them.
Occupancy at anytime, for any reason is limited to the number of persons as described in the house description.
Applicants-we will rent to 4 to 6 adults. Fraternity, Sorority and students are asked not to apply for accommodations. Misrepresentation, house parties, or exceeding the house limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund of the security deposit
Long distance phone calls-you are welcome to make local calls, however please charge all long distance calls to your credit card or home phone number. Do not direct dial or charge any call to the house phone.
