Reservations

Reservations can be made by either email or telephone. Please see the Contact Us page for further information on the telephone numbers and email address. If sending email, please be sure to include your full name, how to contact you and the desired date(s). We will respond with confirmation that the dates you have requested are available, or work with you to determine an alternate date that meets your needs. Please remember that only the deposit will hold your reservation.

After placing your reservation, you must confirm your rental with a 50% deposit of the Rental amount. You will have 5 days to mail the deposit to Beach House, 504 S. 2nd St., Jacksonville Beach., Fl. 32250. A lease will be mailed to you for complete execution, and must be returned within 10 days or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Method of Payment

Personal checks are accepted only if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you pay less than 30 days prior to arrival, only Cashiers Check or Money Order will be accepted for payment. Make checks payable to Marlee B. Krohn/Beach House Rental. Please include the rental dates on the check. A $50 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed! Any pet on premises illegally shall result in automatic forfeiture of security deposit and immediate eviction.

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of $850 is required when keys are presented. If the inspection results in the retention of any funds from your deposit, a copy of the documentation will be sent to you with a check for your remaining balance within 2 weeks of departure date. Guests will be charged for damages or any missing articles; cleaning exceeding routine amount; moving furniture, etc. It is not our intention to retain anyone's deposit, therefore, if there is no unusual cleaning required or damage of any kind, your security deposit will be fully refunded. Exceeding the house limit of six will result in asking the tenants to vacate immediately.
